Qualifications:
Master's degree. Six years of progressively more responsible teaching, supervisory, or administrative experience in the education field of specialization. Technical Professional License with endorsements in appropriate educational specialty. Postgraduate educational license and endorsement in administration and supervision preK-12 preferred. Knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned. Knowledge of related laws, regulations and policies. Ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs and personnel. Ability to plan and conduct in-service and staff development activities. Excellent human relations and supervisory skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
