Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Real Estate Manager! The Real Estate Manager will join the team to primarily support new business development initiatives of the organization. With an ever-growing education industry, this person will drive success of new school development properties in various regions across the country, which overall impacts success of the organization.

Your Role

  • Support new business development functions, including real estate search & selection activities of schools.
  • Oversee new school real estate land use approvals.
  • Manage the relationship with real estate brokers and sellers of property selected for acquisition including price negotiations, drafting of letters of intent, purchase agreement preparation, due diligence activities and closing functions.
  • New school site construction and support facilities team in post-acquisition easements procurement, interpretation of entitlements, and any other assistance required to keep building construction on time.
  • Disposition of assets and small real estate projects.
  • Real estate document management and compliance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel up to 25%


Requirements

  • 2 minimum years of experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently with limited direction.
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams and contractors.
  • Ability to make decisions and judgements.
  • Ability to investigate, analyze information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task well between projects.
