JOB TITLE: Technology Project Manager
DIVISION: FullBloom Shared Services
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Technology Product Development
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
Technology Project Manager
The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of certain project s in the company's IT department, which includes communication with stakeholders at all levels of the company, maintaining project-related documents such as timelines, budgets and risks , and assisting with the forecasting of costs and financial return .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress


Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree AND at least five (5) years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience; PMP preferred
  • Experience in the education industry is preferred
  • Experience leading significant projects in a field-based, customer-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding analytical and project management capabilities
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including strong organizational, time, and management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • P r oficient in Microsoft Office suite; comfortable with Internet-based tools and applications
  • A doer, highly productive team member, who owns and actively manages projects to completion.
  • Strong collaborator, advocate and partner who can influence up and down in the organization.
  • Ability to m aintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
