The Chester County Intermediate Unit is searching for qualified potential candidates to fill the roles of Improvement Facilitators and Specialists in Math and Literacy. These roles on the Regional Improvement Teams will work collaboratively with the schools identified through the Comprehensive Support and Improvement initiative by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

The priority is to fill these roles with educators who are qualified, experienced, collaborative, and passionate about working with districts/schools to provide high quality, impactful, and valued services to schools with a history of lower performance. We value your expertise and knowledge and are asking for your help identifying quality educational leaders to do this important work. We are specifically looking for candidates to support schools in the School District of Philadelphia.
