Salary: $7.25 per hour
These positions are for current Richland County School District One students, only. General Statement of Job
Under limited supervision, supports teachers, principals and administrators in the development and implementation of District education programs. Provides guidance and instruction to students as it relates to Career and Technology Education. Assists in evaluating and selecting instructional materials and equipment. Reports to the Director of Career and Technology Education.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
-Plan and coordinate activities related to Career and Technology Education (CATE) programs.
-Assist the CATE staff and summer camp teachers with increasing awareness in Career and Technical education programs offered in Richland One.
-Support the planning and implementation of CATE resources and programs.

Additional Duties:
Performs general administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to, typing, copying and filing documents; answering the telephone; scheduling appointments; attending meetings; maintaining files and records; assisting with lunch distribution for students. Performs related duties as required.

Physical Requirements:
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment, including a computer, telephone, audio-visual equipment, vehicle, etc. Must be able to exert up to five pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to ten pounds.
