The successful candidate is an experienced market ing leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment . The primary focus of this role i s leading the team responsible for building and executing marketing strateg ies t o effectively connect our brand and service offerings with our clients and prospects wants, needs, and unmet needs . This position will report to the VP, Marketing and will support the marketing team's efforts across all division s .

This position will report to the VP, Marketing and will support the marketing team's efforts across all division s .
Responsibilities :
- Lead development of integrated B2B growth strategies and tactics and implement marketing plans to achieve business goals
- Lead messaging strategy and development of B2B content and sales tools (marcomm, collateral, digital /web , thought leadership, social , video, email ) that align with the FullBloom brand and its operating divisions
- Develop and c ollaborate with product SMEs on creation of go-to-market strategies for new products and market segments
- P artner with sales and business development to develop creative market -by-market solutions t hat promote our capabilities and drive incoming leads
- Brand management - Develop and execute brand integration strateg y; B uild brand awareness that supports growth strateg ies across all divisions .
- In collaboration with digital marketing team, c reat e and analy ze integrated lead generation efforts across multiple channels, including identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Support and execute B2B & B2C marketing strategies to drive student & client enrollment in educational and behavioral programs and services
- Own development of the content calendar to align with overall growth strategy
- Develop KPIs to evaluate performance of marketing efforts
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of 4 + marketers
- Manage b udget and resource allocation
Qualification s :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required ; MBA preferred
- 8 + years' experience in B2B Marketing , Brand and/or Content Strategy
- 3-5+ years' e xperience leading a team of direct reports
- Service industry experience required; B2C marketing desirable
- K12 e ducation sector , special education, and/or child behavioral health experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience identifying target audiences and developing integrated marketing plans
- Solid experience and understanding of sales support
- Must possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Must have excellent project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Must possess high level of initiative, leadership , and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, email automation, digital platforms, and CRM
