The Opportunity
FullBloom is seeking a temporary Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships ( CSP ) to help secure and prepare for meetings with national, state, and local leaders to help FullBloom sell services that lead to better outcomes for children. The CSP will help secure and prepare for meetings new and existing partners, in collaboration with other FullBloom team members.

The Responsibilities
  • Secures meetings with state and local educational agencies (SEAs/LEAs), schools, and other education-related entities and organizations
  • C ontact s prospective partners
  • Partners with strategic partnership, marketing and sales representatives and operators to generate advance marketing and sales processes
  • Supports the VP, Strategic Partnerships in managing advocates and lobbyists and in business development efforts
  • Supports sales and strategic partnership efforts across sales and operations teams

The Qualifications
  • Experience securing and preparing for meetings with education leaders throughout the country
  • 4 years of related experience, preferably in the area of education
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Socially adept and ability to communicate with all levels of constituents
  • Strong IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Excellent time management and organization
