Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field related to information systems, business management, or education, plus six years of progressive work experience in information technology and technical project management, three years of which shall have been in a technology project oversight capacity. Master's degree and/or PM certifications (like PMP, SAFe, Scrum etc.) preferred. Can demonstrate knowledge of best practices with respect to customer service and customer-oriented account management; knowledge of business and information technology practices and trends by comparable school systems or businesses; experience with product development or business analyst processes; Use of agile project management methodologies and tools in a technology environment; understanding of technology-related issues and how they might impact assigned customers; awareness of appropriate local, state, and federal laws and regulations dealing with technology; ability to implement technology solutions, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and to function as a team leader; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
