Salary Range: $55,174 - $66,905

Essential Functions and Objectives:

A dministers and manages activities within a specific area of a responsibility. Serves as the subject matter expert and applies gained knowledge to execute, maintain and improve systems, programs, or processes.

P rovide operational and data support to the Teacher Pathways and Development team to inform and support the vision and strategy for preservice through novice teacher support across the district.

- Provides various support and conducts activities related to logistics, reporting, training, communications, and processes. Participates in the planning and implementation of new initiatives.

- Assesses and troubleshoots escalated problems and applies expert understanding to resolve complex challenges of stakeholders; focuses on root cause identification in order to achieve systemic and sustainable improvement. Approves and documents exceptions for compliance record keeping and reporting.

- Ensures appropriate key stakeholder involvement in planning, goal-setting, and implementation to achieve buy-in of work products. Ensures purposeful, positive and professional interactions and relationships with all stakeholders; enables consistent application of work products across the district.

- Identifies opportunities for improvement, prioritizes, and recommends solutions to management. Implements approved enhancements to ensure consistency across the district. Identifies opportunities to reduce costs; analyzes available data, trends, and feedback, and ensures compliance with expectations for optimal operation and goal achievement.

- Create and manage various data systems including tracking demographics and placement information for preservice teachers, documenting preservice teacher to lead teacher of record conversion, and tracking mentor teacher information.

- Analyze and present on a variety of data to help drive team strategy including novice teacher placement and observation data, number of preservice teachers placed in Title I schools, preservice and novice teacher effectiveness data, preservice and novice teacher retention data, and more.

- Manage and process extra duty pay, tuition assistance and stipends for preservice and mentor teachers; manage Teacher Preparation Program partnership agreements and Memorandum of Understanding documents.

- Manage Teacher Pathways and Development professional learning operations and logistics for New Teacher Induction and ongoing professional learning opportunities. Manage communication, Learning Space registration, Schoology course creation and management.

- Manage HR data systems that support preservice teachers and para-to-teacher candidates; partner with HR teams to support postings for Associate Teacher and Educator Intern positions.

- Manage communications for professional learning opportunities and new teacher support including managing the New Teacher inbox.

- Provide operational and logistical support for New Educator Welcome week.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Two (2) or more years of experience in Data and Operations Management.

- Knowledge with Google Suite.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.

- The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.

- Work collaboratively with others on a team.

- Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and fast-paced environment.

E ducation Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree required.
