Position at Catapult Learning
OverviewLoads, transports and delivers items to various locations in a safe and timely manner. Performs routine preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Catapult Learning structures, buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED) and one year of experience in equipment maintenance and
repair; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Lifting over 30 pounds, walking, climbing stairs and ladders. Must have valid driver's license. Most programs are on school property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Delivers operational supplies
- Performs repairs of all trailers, decks, vans, buildings and equipment owned and operated by Catapult Learning. For example, replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds. (Major repairs are outsourced.)
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on structures and equipment on a scheduled basis.
- May install computer cable, repair electrical equipment and order parts as necessary.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Performs outdoor custodial duties as required.
- May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
