Qualifications:
Postgraduate Educational License with endorsements in a career and technical education field with administration and supervision preK-12 endorsement preferred plus six years of progressively more responsible teaching, supervisory, or administrative experience in career and technical education or equivalent education and experience. Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of trade and industrial education and career and technical education to which assigned; knowledge of related laws, regulations and policies; ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs and personnel; ability to plan and conduct in-service and staff development activities; excellent human relations and supervisory skills; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
