Position S ummary ...

The Marketing Coordinator will support all functions of the marketing team in every aspect of workflow and production, ensuring things get done. Reporting to the Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for keeping multiple projects moving under pressure and on tight deadlines, making sure everything is accomplished to task. This role will provide day-to-day support for project management and for our marketing initiatives and programs. The Marketing Coordinator will work in conjunction with project management to help identify process gaps and establish new workflows or improve existing processes.

Responsibilities ...

  • Facilitate marketing projects through all stages of development, from opening the job request to building and assigning tasks.
  • Manage internal traffic systems, directing workflow to and from copy, design, web and project management teams, ensuring deadlines are met on time and on brand.
  • Responsible for external stakeholders ' work intake, and project request email.
  • Manage marketing programs and project management SharePoint site, ensuring all stakeholders have current and up-to-date information.
  • Provide requested reporting data to stakeholders and requested.
  • Track and disseminate concise, deadline-driven information to key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Managing inventory for content, design , marketing collateral and source promotional items for marketing campaigns or programs.
  • Assist with proofing and project maintenance, exercising the highest level of attention to detail.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to inform process development and revisions to streamline and improve project work.

  • Strong project management is critical. You will need to be extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude, professional, and self-motivated; with a "can-do" approach to your work. \
  • Proficiency in a broad range of applications, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, MS Visio, Smartsheet, and Kapost.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; strong verbal and writing skills required.
  • 3+ years of relevant PM and Marketing experience preferred.
