    Position Summary:

    The Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for providing support to the operation of the various financial and related information systems, ensuring optimal reporting, performance, and workflow. The Administrator will serve as the technical resource supporting maintenance, interfaces, data extracts and reporting for multiple software solutions including, but not limited to, Infor Lawson version 10 General Ledger, Lawson Activity Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Ledger, Requisitions, as well as the Jack Henry Banking System and One Stream's XF.

    Responsibilities:
    · Manage the operation of the various financial systems and processes, to ensure the integrity and effective/efficient operation of the systems.
    · Provide system expertise to problem solve system-related issues and establish resultant changes in controls, policies and procedures. Provide initial training (ad hoc basis) on underlying issues and related solutions.
    · Oversee software implementation related projects, working with the Finance team on related outputs, processes and controls
    · Responsibility for documenting all current Finance system user materials, including calendarizing processes and procedures
    · Possess the business skills that enable working with the Finance team to analyze current business / Finance processes, addressing challenges and identify opportunities

    Requirements:
    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Technology, Accounting or Finance
    · 5+ years of experience with Infor Lawson products
    · 3+ years of experience with an ERP system
    · 1+ years of experience in a system administration role
    · Experience working with a Planning and Consolidation tool such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or One Stream desired
    · Experience in application system implementation, testing and deployment
    · Project management experience. Experience supporting and leading transformational changes for operations and organizations. Comfortable with dynamic/transforming environment.
    · Excellent organizational skills
    · Strong interpersonal skills-ability to lead meetings with Finance and non-Finance members, building confidence and trust.
    · Demonstrated high integrity and ethics in all operations and responsibilities
    · Affinity for mission-driven, not-for-profit organizations and a commitment to serving the Catholic Church in the Chicago area. Must demonstrate understanding, respect and support for Catholic Church teaching, mission and values. Hiring preference will be given to candidates who are Catholic.
