Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience working with employee investigation process, grievance case management, ADA, and/or employee performance evaluation. Extensive ADA experience preferred. Training in conflict resolution and/or mediation preferred. Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred. Knowledge of the field of human resources and the legal requirements that apply. Knowledge of employee case management workflow and implementation of best practices. Skill implementing employee performance management, progressive discipline best practices, and or ADA management. Preference for expertise with implementing and providing guidance on ADA programs and practices. Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Ability to prioritize and to exercise independent judgment and initiative. Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, with strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in the use of presentation technology and data compilation, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department and school-based staff and peers. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
