ELEMENTARY SITE SUPERVISOR

2021 Extended School Year (ESY) Program

The Council Bluffs Community School District is seeking an Elementary Site Supervisor for the 2021 Extended School Year (ESY) Program.
The program is for students grades K-12+ with special education supports and services that qualify for extended school year services.
The elementary program is held at Edison Elementary School and will run from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, during the weeks of July 6 - July 29, 2021.
This includes additional hours required during the interview and preparation process.

STIPEND: $5,500

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Iowa Teacher License
  • Currently a district employee
  • Available to select staff and coordinate planning with Teaching and Learning Department from February-June and supervise the 2020 Extended School Year Program from July 7- July 23.
  • Successful experiences in supervising instructional staff
  • Knowledgeable about technology
  • Flexibility and organizational skills
  • Strong background in special education
  • Effective communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge and experiences with specialized learning programsCrisis Intervention (valid CPI certificate)Administrative Endorsement
