Who We Are: The HFC team carries out community health activities that underpin and support strong educational and health outcomes for all members of the community. HFC houses a number of public health coalitions and programs, including the SPIFFY Coalition, Healthy Hampshire, Youth Mental Health First Aid, and the Hampshire-Franklin Tobacco-Free Community Partnership.

Highlights of what you will do:
- Work with the SPIFFY Coalition staff to build consistent evaluation structures and capacity, and develop actionable findings and reports that address stakeholder needsIn collaboration with others, collect community-level data, review performance data for department initiatives, and assess progress toward program goalsEnsure that the principles of participatory research, health equity, anti-racism and community-driven decision-making are fully integrated with your work
