Lyons Township High School is seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Principal.  This is a twelve-month, full-time release administrative position that is effective July 1, 2021.

• knowledgeable about staffing, scheduling, and employee appraisal, with the ability to develop and maintain an annual budget and effectively monitor facilities at both the North Campus and South Campus; and
• enthusiastic and dedicated with exceptional people skills and a willingness to learn from students, teachers, and staff.

Qualifications:

• A current Illinois Professional Educator License with Principal or General Administrative (Type 75) endorsement (or equivalent license), or the ability to qualify for it immediately is required. 
• High academic qualifications (Ph.D/Ed.D) preferred.
• Experience with evaluation and appraisal of staff.
• At least five years of successful principal experience preferred.
