Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Business Partner Intern. This summer position (approximately March-August) will report directly to the Manager of People Services Business Partners and will be responsible for supporting our schools in preparing and staffing summer school programs, updating school handbook policies and procedures, and reviewing employee exit interview data.

Your Role

  • Responsible for staffing summer school programs.
  • Reviewing employee policies and procedures.
  • Modifying school handbooks as needed.
  • Understanding and basic knowledge of analyzing data.
  • Collaborate with other departments on various aspects of this role.
  • Will work with multiple Business Partners as they help support their schools through different initiatives and changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • Attention to detail
  • Direct planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to use technology to be productive and efficient; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is desired
