Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Director's Assistant for the Applied Arts/Computer Science, Engineering and Technology Division for the 2021-2022 school year.
Description:
The Director's Assistant to the Applied Arts/CSET Division is a full-time, 10-month position. The job goal is to support the Director of Applied Arts/CSET in the effective and efficient functioning of all facets of the operation of the office and job-related duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares written communication on behalf of the Director. maintains records and reports, including budgets, P-card reconciliation sheets, timesheets, attendance, form submission, assist in the management and operation of the assessment process (i.e. Mastery Manager), coordinates the Director's calendar, acts as liaison between Technology Campus, students, and Stevenson personnel, including counselors and deans, coordinates Technology Campus visits, assists with student paperwork and applications for Technology Campus, assists with coordinating bus drivers to Technology Campus
Little Patriots, schedules parent visits and prepares communications to parents.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include but are not limited to: high school or college degree; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of office technology and procedures; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs preferred; the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community; and the ability to work productively in an active environment.
