Position Summary...

NWEA's Marketing Operations team is responsible for managing the company's marketing automation platform, which drives much of the use of email for customer and prospect communication, as well as general marketing campaign execution and tracking. This role supports the overall marketing and communications plan with a tactical set of activities driven from our technology stack.
Primary Activities...
  • Support email production and template development
  • Assist in marketing database enhancements and data quality
  • Coordinate and prioritize scheduling of email delivery
  • With Marketing Ops leadership, craft a quality assurance framework for email creation and scheduling
  • Proofread and provide quality assurance for outbound customer and prospect communications
  • Provide on-demand email marketing reporting
  • Archive expired campaigns and programs
Preferred Experience...
  • Marketing automation experience (Marketo preferred). Expert credentials favored.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) system experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Demonstrable technical skills in marketing technologies: database management, CSS, basic HTML, marketing automation, Office 365, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), analytics software (PowerBI, Tableau, Birst), project management/collaboration tools (E.g. Kapost, Workfront, Bootcamp)
Preferred Skills...
  • Knowledge of email development and delivery best practices
  • HTML understanding, particularly in email marketing
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
  • Impressive organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail and quality control.
  • Excellent communicator, in person and in writing
