Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a 12-month Student Service's Director's Assistant for the 2021-2022 school year.
Description:
The Director's Assistant to the Student Services Division is a full-time, 12-month position. The job goal is to support the Director of Student Services in the effective and efficient functioning of all facets of the operation of the office and job-related duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares written communication on behalf of the Director. maintains records and reports, including budgets, P-card reconciliation sheets, timesheets, attendance, form submission, assist in the management and operation of the assessment process (i.e. Mastery Manager), coordinates the Director's calendar, assists in coordinating the foreign exchange program for short term and yearlong student visits, directs students and parents to appropriate Student Services staff as needed, assists Director and Manager in coordinating Freshman Orientation and registration process and assists Director and Manager in coordinating course selection process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include but are not limited to: high school or college degree; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of office technology and procedures; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs preferred; the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community; and the ability to work productively in an active environment.
