Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Business Intelligence Developer! As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will use data and technology to design, create, and implement reports and dashboards to support and enhance the business users' data-driven decision-making. Solutions include Tableau dashboards, SSRS reports, and other BI tools. You will meet with business users, gather requirements, manage projects, perform technical development, manage testing plans, and train end-users to use and interpret reports created. Technical skills are essential, but you must be able to translate those abilities into solutions that provide value.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience with MS SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019 or equivalent RDBMS software.
  • Advanced SQL querying skills. Minimum of two years using SQL to create advanced reporting on complex data sets.
  • Experience in a data warehouse environment. Using and understanding fact tables, dimension tables, snapshot tables, lookup tables.
  • 2 years with one or more BI visualization tools
    • Tableau
    • Qlik
    • Power BI
  • Additional technical experience preferred:
    • Data-driven programming languages like R or Python.
    • Writing reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Crystal Reports.
    • Web development experience with tools like Angular.
  • High degree of attention to detail and personal accountability.
  • Innate desire to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Must be self-directed with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
