The tutor will report to a designated special education teacher and requires:
? working knowledge of Braille and knowledge of how to teach Braille

Remuneration: $25.00/Hour

Responsibilities:
The tutor will report to a designated special education teacher and requires:
? working knowledge of Braille and knowledge of how to teach Braille
- knowledge of electronic devices including Braille and other specialized note takers
- work with other specialists and parents to implement additional specified goals and objectives
- implement programs developed by teacher and consultant
- meet regularly with special education teacher, support team
- attend staff meetings
- provide reports of student progress when deemed necessary by teacher and/or team
- participation in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working with sight impaired population
- demonstrate knowledge of special education practices
- must be flexible, creative, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- must be highly motivated and self directed
Remuneration: $25.00/Hour
