In this position, a cohesive leadership team of deans will be there to support you every step of the way. Along with our result-driven curriculum and commitment to educating the whole child - academically, morally, and socially - you and your students will be set up for success.

Your Role

  • Work alongside the college advisor to implement college advising activities.
  • Mentor students based on their college and career goals ensuring that they have exposure to their area of focus.
  • Meet with families regularly to discuss progress.
  • This position will require the development of support systems and training resources to ensure high quality college advising services.
  • Develop and plan school wide events and enrichment opportunities for students.

Requirements

  • Must hold a bachelors degree and be willing to work towards a masters leading to a school counselor license
  • Candidates with experience working with at-risk students - preferred, if applicable to the school
