Job Description
Long-Term Substitute Vacancy Guidance Counselor at Rutland High School.
Rutland High School is in search of a dynamic individual to offer comprehensive guidance and counseling services at the high school level. Experience working with high school students and a Master's degree are required.
The ideal candidate will be a certified guidance counselor in Vermont (or, eligible for same). Applicants should have experience in academic, career and post-secondary counseling. Applicants must possess strong organizational, oral and written communication skills and have a strong background in individual and small group support, conflict resolution and crisis management. Position to commence immediately.
