Instructor will provide 260 hours of vocational instruction and 15 hours of soft skill training for the Advanced Manufacturing CNC Machining Training for up to 18 adults learners. To be taught in person and/or remotely. Training will cover the topics and follow the schedule found in the GLTS Machine Tool Technology Program application submitted to NAMC via MassHire MetroNorth Workforce Board in August 2020. Main topics will include: metrology and inspection: blueprint reading, solid works, GDT: Master Cam; manual and CNC machining ; NIMS cert. prep and testing on CNC mill operations; and job seeking skills.
