Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate degree in business, finance, human resources, or related subject. Three years of progressively more responsible experience, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or team leader role. Knowledge of school division policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned office. Proficiency in the use of technology, including skill in Excel and Access. Ability to troubleshoot issues through analysis and evaluation, and present solutions. Ability to analyze and accurately manipulate large data subsets. Ability to provide subject matter expert advice on complex issues. Ability to supervise, evaluate, and manage personnel. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
