Part-time Mandarin Position 2021-2022

Fenwick High School is a Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school. Duties and Responsibilities:

This position includes 3 teaching periods and 1 supervisory period. The teacher is also expected to collaborate with colleagues and attend professional development. The teacher must be willing to communicate with parents by keeping grades updated, attending parent teacher conferences and more.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor of Arts degree in Mandarin (or native speaker)

Illinois Professional Educator's License (preferred)

High School teaching experience a plus

Basic technology use (PC use, email, internet, office or google suite) a must

Familiarity with Schoology and 1:1 iPad use in the classroom a plus
