    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF BUILDINGS & GROUNDS

    Under the direction of the Director of Buildings & Grounds, assist in the oversight of the daily operation of facilities and the supervision of custodial, maintenance and grounds staff in addition to coordinating functions designated by the Director.

    Available March 1, 2021
    • High school diploma required
    • NJ Black Seal Boiler Operators License required
    • CEFM preferred
    • Experience in the supervision and coordination of B&G staff
    • Demonstrated knowledge of school construction, plant operation, maintenance and grounds equipment, and school safety
    • Valid NJ Driver's License required
