The Curriculum Specialist is responsible in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review, and evaluation of the school’s Curriculum and Instruction program. The Curriculum Specialist ensures that educators has the resources and support they need to promote K-12 students’ creative thinking in the classroom. Also, provide leadership implementation and coordination throughout the Elementary, Middle and High School of the Common Core American Standards Curriculum.
Valid U.S. Education certification. Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or related field. Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a K-12 educational setting, with experience in data analysis/usage, designing curriculum & instruction, assessment, professional development, and coaching. The ideal candidate would possess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to work with culturally diverse environments.
