Brief Description LCPS Diversity Recruitment Licensed Educator Virtual Career Fair
Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is excited to host our second annual Diversity Recruitment Event! Registration will be confirmed to selected participants following receipt of a completed application. Please note that due to availability and/or endorsement area, all candidates that apply may not be selected to participate. However, we encourage you to participant in one of our other recruitment events! Please continue to check our website for updates.

Detailed Description This two-day experience is for licensed educators (teachers, counselors, etc.), both new graduates and existing employees in other school systems interested in collaboration, creativity and being champions for their students by bringing their diverse backgrounds and talents into our school division, and learn more about all that Loudoun County and LCPS have to offer!

Job Requirements Who is eligible to attend?
Individuals eligible to attend this event must fall into one of the following categories:
•Educators from underrepresented racial / ethnic backgrounds (all endorsement areas)
•Educators who are eligible for professional certification in: Special Education
•Male educators who are eligible for professional certification(s) in: Elementary (K-5),  EL (K-8), Grades 6-8 in: World Languages, CTE, Math, Science
In order to be considered for this event, candidates need to apply to IRC28581 and have a complete profile:
•Three (3) current professional references (Name, phone number, email address). At least one reference should be a current supervisor or most recent supervisor.
•College transcripts
•Copy of your teaching license (if applicable)
•Test Scores (if applicable)
•Resume
•Completed work history
Upon successful completion, selected candidates will be sent additional information regarding the event.
STATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure with endorsement(s) required for teaching assignment(s).
