Assistant Director of Technical Solutions

As the Assistant Director of Technical Solutions for EdGems Math, a print and digital middle school math company, you'll report to the Chief Strategy Officer and Marketing Director.   The position will begin with your taking over direct responsibility for maintaining our existing close technical support relationships with current EdGems Math school districts.

You'll support these existing relationships as you build new ones with our growing number of school districts across the country, each with a unique set of technical and instructional needs.  Working closely with our engineering team and our curriculum team, you'll apply your technical expertise and consultative skills to platform integration solutions that result in meaningful product engagement.

For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to assume a leadership role. A background in designing, building and running technical support teams in the K-12 education sector is highly desirable.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with district administrators and teachers across the country to help solve problems.  Your solutions will help EdGems Math achieve positive outcomes for our districts through dependable student and teacher access to our online instructional materials.   As a public-facing representative of the company within the education community, you'll have the ability to impact educational strategies; enhance how district and teachers engage students; and provide time-saving approaches that help educators.
