Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems, or network and system administration with skills in a variety of database management and reporting tools. Experience or certification with IBM Kenexa Talent Suite (Brassring and Onboarding) administration, configuration and development desirable. Can demonstrate knowledge of principals, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its effective and efficient utilization in support of hiring, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of employee data/applications; effective human resource and organizational skills; analytical ability; ability to design reports and manage data; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
