Schedule: ESY is in session from June 28th through July 29th (trainings prior to the start of ESY will be scheduled as needed)
Hours will vary, Monday-Thursday
Minimum hourly salary: $41.90/hr
The teacher of Deaf/Hard of Hearing is responsible for providing educational services to those school-age children with hearing loss who are enrolled in the public schools in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. The teacher shall provide services to the child and consultative services to teachers, parents and school district as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree and PA certification in Education of Hearing Impaired and one year of public school experience. Ability to assess educational needs of hearing impaired children. Ability to relate well with other professionals. Ability to organize well, develop own plans and follow through. Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal transportation are required
