We seek an outstanding educational leader who will continue to build capacity for student and staff success in our K-12 school system of 5 schools serving 3,700 pupils. Our students thrive academically and are served by a talented and dedicated staff, an innovative curriculum, and strong community resources. Our graduates are well prepared for competitive colleges and universities. Wallingford- Swarthmore is consistently ranked among the best school districts in Pennsylvania.

The following leadership skills are highly valued:

• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively
• Ability to clearly communicate and advance the goals/ strategic work of the district
• Ability to deepen learning for all students K-12
• Ability to lead innovative work
• Ability to advance equity, inclusion, and diversity throughout the district

PA certification as a School Administrator is required; Doctorate preferred.
