- Facilitate stakeholder access to the student information systems and the district website portals.Assist district personnel with data input and ad-hoc queries.Assist parents with online registration and portal access accounts.Maintain modules within districts' student information systems in accordance with district policy.Assist with state and federal reporting requirements.Assist with data audits and data integrity.Assist with the creation and import of data, as well as the extraction of information from the student information systems, including the maintenance and upkeep of registration systems, parent teacher conference systems, and stakeholder requests.Facilitate assignment and access for students and staff to educational resources.Perform various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years experience working in an educational setting is preferredProven proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExcellent written, verbal, analytical, and communication skillsProficient utilizing Google AppsStudent information systems experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred
