Position Status: Full time

Start Date: 01/04/2021

Additional Job Information: Minimum Civil Service Qualifications:
A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in computer programming which included, at least, one (1) year of experience in programming and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or;
B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two (2) or four (4) year college or university with an Associate's degree in Data Processing, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of data processing experience, two (2) years of which, included computer programming, and at least, one (1) year of experience in programming and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or;
C) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years of data processing experience, two (2) years of which, included computer programming, and at least one (1) year of experience in programming, and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or;
D) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B) and (C).

Additional Qualifications:
---Familiarity with Windows, MAC OS, Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP/DNS preferred
---Candidate must have troubleshooting, research and documentation skills
---Basic networking knowledge a plus
---Candidate must be a team player
---Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills
