The Milwaukee Public Schools Department of Recreation and Community Services is seeking a highly organized, and detailed oriented individual to provide operational support services for its high volume, part-time staff hiring processes. Primary duties include assistance with candidate recruitment and hiring; processing of new hire paperwork; management of employee files; oversight of part-time employee policies; and assisting with part-time employee discipline hearings and dispositions.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to multi-task and manage multiple human resource related projects for an employee pool of nearly 2,000 part-time staff.

The salary range is $47,086 – 65,314 (12 months/260 days)
