Provide intermediate technical assistance and support related to information technology systems, hardware, or software to assigned base of students, faculty, and staff via face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communication. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, and bring the issue to resolution. Participate as a team member and quickly and effectively respond to submitted support issues. Maintain effective relationships with peers, vendors, and others in a diverse environment; support team decisions and follow through with team responsibilities. Interpret information, ideas and instructions and communicate clearly and accurately both orally and electronically.

Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent .

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
