Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in communications and coursework in legal studies, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience related to data collection and reporting. Proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office Suite; must possess effective human resource and organizational skills; analytical ability; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees; ability to work independently and in teams; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
