JOB GOAL
To design , organize and implement effective performance management systems for administrators and non- teaching roles.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional or administrative experience
• Experience in school adm inistrator (preferred)
• Master's Degree in Educational Administration (preferred)
• Texas Standard Principal Certification (preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understands and supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Designs , organizes and implements Performance Management systems for administrators and non- teaching roles
• Trains stakeholders on Performance Management Systems
• Provides Performance Management reports to stakeholders
• Manages and coordinates HPS Performance Management Platform
• Manages and coordinates HPS HEEP (Harmony Employee Education Program)
• Organizes and coordinates annual Leadership Summit , Principal Summit , and other occasional leadership development events
• As part of Leadership Development team, designs, organizes, and implements on-boarding programs for HPS administrators and other employees
• Uses data to drive decision- making about program content and structure
• Ensures that HPS employees are in compliance with state's training requirements.
• Ens ures full implementation of leadership development initiatives in schools
• Leads group workshops and coaches individual rising leaders in select topics
• Assists in management of all work streams toward the vision of HPS
• Assists in designing and maintaining all programs under Leadership Development
• Collaborates with HPS districts, campuses, and Central office departments in regards to implement ation of le adership development programs
• Assists in maintaining Leadership Development webpage
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.
• A bility to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
• Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine and t elephone.
• Ability to analyze data
• Ability to use effective interview techniques, effective public speaking skills, and problem- solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
• Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
• Position is in office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
• Moderate travel is required.
