Qualifications:
EDUCATION: An earned associate's degree or 60 college credit hours from an accredited institution in computer science, business or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of responsible work experience in the area of technical support for computers and technology applications.
REQUIRED: Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various computer systems. Computer skills as required for the position.
PREFERRED: Familiarity with the data networks, telephone systems, radio systems, software applications, and incident tracking systems utilized within Broward County School District is preferred. Bilingual skills preferred.
OR
EDUCATION: Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Education Development (GED) Testing Program.
EXPERIENCE: Six (6) years of more responsible work experience in the area of technical support for computers and technology applications.
REQUIRED: Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various computer systems. Computer skills as required for the position.
PREFERRED: Familiarity with the data networks, telephone systems, radio systems, software applications, and incident tracking systems utilized within Broward County School District is preferred. Bilingual skills preferred.

PREFERENCES:
- Experience in Filemaker Pro, Sharepoint, Microsoft Power Apps and/or KRONOS.
- Experience in Inventory Control, Deployment, and Management for a Large Organization.
- Experience in the Management and Administration of Safety and Security systems, or ability to learn and specialize in new platforms.

Salary Range: $45,751 - $70,133
