Job Details

Supports the district in achieving its goals and mission by providing employment relations services to effectuate excellent working relationships between management and labor. Works with district administrators and supervisors in all aspects of employment relations. Assists in the disciplinary process and procedures; hears and adjudicates employee complaints involving employment relations disputes; and reviews background check reports. Investigates Equal Employment Opportunity complaints and supports litigation efforts by the City Attorney’s Office.
