  • Reports to: Director of Finance

    1. Assist in the financial record keeping in accordance with the Academy's policies and requirements
    2. Process incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
    3. Collect and record daily tuition payments
    4. Process daily cash/check deposits including remote scanning
    5. Prepare and mail check payments for vendor invoices
    6. Maintain recordkeeping of NZone deposits
    7. Update data base files and storage systems
    8. Process credit card charges
    9. Maintain the business office filing system
    10. Order office supplies as needed
    11. Take deposits to bank
    12. Maintain postage supplies and make trips to post office as needed.
    13. Prepare periodic and special financial reports as needed
    14. Assist Director of Finance with the budgeting process as needed
    15. Assist Director of Finance with the annual audit as needed
    16. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Finance

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • College degree
    • 5 years + office experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
    • Excellent organizational, oral, analytical and written skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to prioritize and manage daily duties successfully
