Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a full-time Health Services Coordinator for the 2020-2021 school year.
Description:
The Health Services Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the nursing staff. The Coordinator will also coordinate with National, State, and County Health Departments involving immunizations, communicable diseases, and data collection, manage SPED Programming, IEP meetings, and 504 meetings.
Qualifications:
Candidate will possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license, Illinois Certification as a Vision and Hearing Screening Technician, Red Cross certification as an instructor in CPR-AED, experience with special needs students. The flexibility to work special events and summer school are highly desirable.
A CSN endorsement is required or may be obtained by the start of the 21/22 school year.
