Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field. Five years of progressively more responsible investment management, portfolio management, cash management, investment analytics or related experience. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) certification preferred. Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, and systems of investment and risk management. Knowledge of capital markets and portfolio strategy. Knowledge of quantitative, statistical and actuarial methods. Knowledge of regulation and legislation impacting the retirement industry. Proficiency in the use of technology, data compilation, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work on confidential information. Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to exercise tact, good judgment, and initiative. Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
