1.0FTE High School Paraprofessional ABA. This is a 1,171.20 hr./yr. position or 32 hr./wk. Rate of Pay:$26.73/hr. to $32.49/hr. (depending on experience). Benefits available.
Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis – collect, analyze, and apply data/student performance indicators to assist lead teachers in the writing of individual student program books, Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs) and/or other behavioral plans based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Must have at least one year of experience implementing ABA within the Wellesley Public Schools or alternative ABA experience deemed comparable by the Director of Student Services. These criteria for the SKILLS Program may also apply to paraprofessionals who work in specific preschool classrooms or with specific preschool students as determined by the Director of Student Services.
