Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a part-time Communication Arts Tutor for the 2020-2021 school year.
Description:
Provide instructional support to students in Communication Arts.
Work collaboratively with CommArts teams in supporting and documenting student progress.
Support will be provided by the part-time CommArts tutor from 5pm - 9pm daily via zoom.
Qualifications:
Qualifications are as follows but not limited to:
ISBE licensure required. Must have a Para Professional License (PARA) or Substitute License (SUB). A Professional Educator License (PEL) with CommArts or Reading endorsement is preferred.
Strong Writing skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills to create meaningful connections with students and faculty required.
Teaching experience with high school students as well as providing support as
part of Response to Intervention programs preferred.
