Job Description
• Perform all receptionist and administrative duties within the School Counseling (Guidance) Department including, but not limited to:
•greeting and assisting students, teachers, parents, the community
•processing and documenting transcript requests and employment verification requests for alumni
•managing fee collection for PSAT or AP exams (if scheduled)
•maintain records of previously enrolled students
•manage student records in the SIS, Aspen and Naviance
•directing phone and email messages to the appropriate office or counselor
•responding to general inquiries received by phone and email
•Other duties as assigned by School Counseling CTL or school administrators
