Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
•Assess students, document data, utilize diagnostic tools, and provide intervention and instructional literacy services both within and outside the classroom
•Serve as instructional leader/resource for teachers and staff in order to support them with assessments and instruction.
•Teach small groups of students with reading intervention materials
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
•3 or more years of experience in education and in a school setting
•Specific experience with BAS (Fountas & Pinnell) preferred
•Experience in elementary education
•Experience with the Reader's Workshop model
•Experience with Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI)
